Pictures from Gotcha Day!

It's 12/21 morning at 7:12am.   Bethany slept through the night again!  We feel so refresh by a good night sleep (for the first time since we left home), and so ready for Day 4 with Bethany.      All of your words of encouragements, reminder of God's grace and prayers have lifted us up in the deepest way that our words cannot express enough how grateful we are for our friends and families - our brothers and sisters in Christ.   Every day does get better.   It has already been.  It has not been easy to walk on a road that few people have walked on.   But God has shown us grace along the way.   And only by his grace, we will keep walking, one day at a time.

As soon as we walked into the office, the orphanage director instructed Bethany to greet us and handed her to me.   Look at her beautiful smile.    She warmly greeted us "MaMa" and "BaBa".

Finally have her in my arms.  What a cutie she is, I thought.   All the roller coaster emotions toward this decision in this past year came down to that one moment of thought - I love her.

Meeting big sister

Bethany loves this game from the first day.   She always ask Faith or Pearl to get on her back, march together and repeats "Yi-Er-Yi" (1-2-1 in Chinese).

The other game she really enjoys is ring-around-the-rosy.

Congratulations on your precious daughter, Bethany! She is beautiful!

My earlier post did not go thru so hopefully this one will.

We are praying for you as you experience "the labor pains of adoption". We will pray for God's strength, grace and healing touch on each of you.

We feel so blessed to follow you on this journey. You all are an awesome family and we are thankful that you have been faithful to God's calling on your life to adopt again. . .

The photos are precious and we are so excited to see how God is growing the Hui family!

Love and prayers to you all, The Winns

Praying for all of you.
