The Referral Approval document(RA) that officially approved our request to adopt Pearl is finally here! We received a phone call from our adoption agency this afternoon, and the document will be FedEx to us today. As soon as we received our RA, we will begin the Travel Approval process which usually takes 8-10 weeks. According to our coordinator, with our RA, we are currently looking into traveling in mid or late November!
I've been wanting to share Pearl's pictures here, but our adoption agency has asked us to refrain from doing that until we received our RA .... Here is our new daugther, Pearl... (The pictures are from our initial referral, taken in April when she was 3-month old.)
